Full Journal pdf2012-04-04 House Journal Page 2188 HB 64 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 3, 2012, calendar (page 2160), was read the third time: 2012-04-04 House Journal Page 2189 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(FIN) "An Act relating to permanent motor vehicle registration; relating to the registration fee for noncommercial trailers and to the motor vehicle tax for trailers; and providing for an effective date." Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 64(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Stoltze: Page 5, line 13: Delete "2015" Insert "2013" Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Fairclough moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Fairclough was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 64(FIN)(efd am) pass the House?" And so, CSHB 64(FIN)(efd am) passed the House. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 64(FIN)(efd am) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
